We offer 150 classes a week in our centers and they range from boot camp, boxing, HIIT, yoga, Pilates mat, Tai Chi, Zumba, Pound, aquatics strength and cardio, cycle and Les Mills programming such as Pump, Attack, Flow and many more.

PERSONAL NURSE ASSESSMENTS
Getting fit and healthy is hard work — keeping track of your progress shouldn’t be! Our highly-trained nursing staff keeps tabs on your overall health, and helps you set new achievable goals to show your progress toward improving your health.
Making time for you is tough. Enjoy up to two hours of “you” time while we keep your kids safe and engaged in fun group activities, and provide closed circuit monitoring so you can have peace of mind.
Strengthen your entire being with Pilate’s focus on core training. Workouts are as varied as our members—helping everything from your golf game to post-injury fitness. This mind-body workout sculpts lean muscles, improves flexibility and balance, and mobilizes the spine. Plus, it looks great in a swimsuit!
