Once you pick your favorites (and you definitely will have faves), enjoy a variety of times and instructors to accommodate your preferences. All group fitness instructors must hold a general group fitness certification such as AFAA and yoga instructors must hold a minimum of 200 hours. For questions on specific modalities please inquire.

Group Fitness classes provide accountability and structure. Under the direction of a fitness professional, you are assured a balanced workout in a set amount of time. You can do the same class a few times a week or vary it. A Group Fitness instructor can help advance your fitness level with directions on when and how to intensify the routine. Of course, this can be done at your own pace.

Group Fitness HACKENSACK UMC FITNESS & WELLNESS POWERED BY THE GIANTS

Our Group Fitness team includes individuals who are passionate about fitness and wellness as a lifestyle and enjoy sharing that with our members.

We offer a large variety of group fitness classes a week in our centers and they range from boot camp, boxing, HIIT, yoga, Pilates mat, Tai Chi, Zumba, Pound, aquatics strength and cardio, cycle and Les Mills programming such as Pump, Attack, Flow and many more. Our group fitness team also hosts specialized workshops from laughing yoga, boxing and Melt as well as supporting the membership in activity driven challenges to drive engagement.
