Justin Kleeger
Specialty: Functional training; circuit-based training; pre- and post-rehabilitation training.

With extensive experience in the fitness industry, Justin is ideal for helping the Center’s diverse membership accomplish goals. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science, with a Minor in business finance & administration, from Montclair State University. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and a certified performance enhancement specialist and personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is also a certified CrossFit, Level 1, instructor, with CPR/AED certification through the American Red Cross. Justin’s experience includes working with clients in all athletic formats, pre- and post-natal, pre- and post-rehabilitation, youth fitness, as well as those with advanced conditions who are undergoing treatments.
An athlete himself, he specializes in sport performance training. He was a four-year collegiate athlete in baseball at Rutgers University and Montclair State University. Justin played ice hockey for over 20 years, and continues to play year round. He has traveled around the country as an avid snowboarder.
Justin thrives on an active lifestyle. He enjoys all things outdoors. He especially loves hiking, biking, rock climbing, kayaking, and snowboarding. His latest hobby includes utilizing a newly found skill in handy work. He enjoys carpentry, painting, and general craftsmanship. Justin loves to build things, and his work reflects this passion.
He enjoys working at the Center where the best of medical and fitness combine. Justin strives to help each member greet the end of their comfort zone with enthusiasm for all that can be accomplished beyond.
