Robert earned his Bachelor of Science degree in graphic communication management from Kean University, and his personal training certifications from the American Aerobic Association International/International Sports Medicine Association and the National Federation of Professional Trainers.
His background includes work in fitness settings and helping children who struggle with developmental disorders and obesity challenges. His qualifications also include a membership with the USA Track & Field coaching alliance, providing volunteer strength and conditioning coaching to youth Amateur Athletic Union track clubs.
Robert strives to build a solid infrastructure for members through his training programs. He specializes in functional training, calisthenics, and athletic conditioning. He enjoys coaching his clients to accomplish the next level in their fitness journey.
In his free time, Robert enjoys cheering on the Washington Redskins as a die-hard football fan. He cultivates a positive mindset through continuing education seminars and his collection of business books. Fun fact: Robert grew up in a military family. He lived overseas twice, and finished his freshman year of high school in Germany.
Through motivational training programs, Robert prides himself on helping members accomplish their healthiest lifestyle.
