After giving birth to my third child, my weight was the heaviest it ever has been. I had gained over 100 pounds. I knew this lingering weight was not healthy. I began my journey with a positive, determined attitude. Weight loss would not be a simple task. Initially, I changed my eating habits. Then, I incorporated workouts into my daily schedule. Cardio fitness has been a major part of it. So far, I have lost over 80 pounds. I feel much healthier!
