Raymond earned his personal training certification through the National Personal Training Institute. He is also a certified kettlebell instructor from the National Personal Training Institute, and a certified Olympic weightlifter through USA Weightlifting. Raymond is Aquakinetics certified, as well. He is fluent in American sign language from the American Sign Language program.
His workouts may contain kettlebell training, TRX suspension training, mixed martial arts, and even some boxing jabs. He customizes sessions that focus on functional movement training and corrective exercise movements for those working to improve quality-of-life. Raymond also is skilled at helping athletes increase speed and agility for improved performance, and build strength for competitive bodybuilding.
