Fun Fact:
If you do not see me at the gym, you will likely find me riding my bike to Piermont, NY, or at the beach. I love running and did the Nike Women’s Half Marathon and Nike+ Human Race: The World’s Largest One-Day Racing Event. I also love donuts and making sure my hair smells great, and I came to the United States from Colombia on a donkey!

Why did you go into Personal Training?
Seeing clients’ joy when they are stronger, lighter, better at climbing stairs, getting up from the floor, and better balance is why I love what I do! Fitness is a passion of mine. I want to share my knowledge and help others achieve their health and wellness goals.

I have been training with Laura in a small group setting for over a year. She assessed us from the start as a group and individually to learn about our fitness goals and individual strengths. She tailored a weekly fitness plan that has pushed all of us to become stronger, build endurance, and stay motivated on our fitness journey. Meeting Sundays at 8am was no easy task. Still, Laura made it fun, and we built the camaraderie necessary to join a Rugged Maniac race as a group to celebrate our fitness accomplishments. I look forward to our future small group sessions. Laura is an amazing trainer and person. My friends and I have had three sets of group sessions with her.
