When I first met Kevin, I explained to him that at 60 years old I am still very active in the game of lacrosse. Over time, several surgeries, aging, etc. I lost quite a few steps. I asked Kevin if I could regain some of those steps by stretching and strengthening. I wanted to focus on my lower back to my toes to improve my overall running.
