I enjoy spending free time with my wife and my two sons. I have been coaching track and field since 2006, and love it.
Why did you go into Personal Training?
I have always enjoyed working with people in a setting where I can apply my knowledge to help them feel their best. I began my career as an athletic trainer, but that only allowed me to make temporary fixes for athletes. Personal training allows me to help my clients meet and exceed their health and fitness goals and it’s an opportunity to help them realize their true fitness potential.

Personal Trainer Kevin has been a blessing to me! After a dislocation fracture of my ankle, I completed the prescribed physical therapy. However, I still had a leg that looked like a log, and had difficulty with my balance. Each week, Kevin created a new fitness plan for me.
