Personal Trainer Joshua earned his Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology from Towson University. He brings an impressive variety of experience to the Fitness Floor.
Previously, Joshua worked as an aide in a physical therapy setting where he helped patients through rehabilitative movements, stretches, and exercises. He is excellent at helping members recover from an injury or surgery after their rehabilitation. Joshua works with them to improve fitness level through safe, effective workouts.
His soccer career spans over 20 years, and includes time as a semi-pro player. Joshua knows the physical and mental determination required to succeed as an athlete. He creates training sessions that focus on improving speed, agility, and endurance to enhance performance in sports as well as daily life.
