Education & Certifications:
Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations with a Minor in Marketing from Quinnipiac University, N.A.S.M. – C.P.T., Madd Dogg Athletics cycle instructor, Tabata Bootcamp instructor certified, US Weightlifting Level 1, Kettlebell certified (individuals and small groups), TRX-Strap Training certified, and AquaKinetics certified. In addition, I am currently pursuing a boxing and barbell certification from Boxing and Barbells taught by CEO Cary Williams.
I train clients of all ages and skill levels. I enjoy working with the senior population to help improve balance, coordination, and endurance. When appropriate, I use free weights, interval training and boxing moves to help achieve total-body conditioning. I strongly believe in the power of a positive mindset. While training, I mentally coach my clients to consider possibilities beyond their perceived limitations.
I have competed in various types of fitness competitions. I am competitive and won first place in my division at the BoxLife Games in 2018. In addition, I competed in the first NYC Hyrox Competition otherwise known as the world series of fitness.
