A.C.E. – C.P.T., Senior Fitness Specialist and Orthopedic Fitness Specialist. CPR, AED, First Aid Certified. Extensive Pilates training via PMA (Pilates Method Alliance) and TRX Certified.
Core strength, balance, functional exercises, corrective exercises and brain training for total health.
I enjoy training my husband for golf on the TRX.
Why did you go into Personal Training?
It is all about helping people live better lives. Seeing client’s joy when they are stronger, lighter, better at climbing stairs, getting up from the floor, better balance is why I love what I do!
