I love to train, snowboard, and play basketball. I also enjoy developing and coaching youth athletes over the summer. Reese’s chocolate is the key to my heart!
Why did you go into Personal Training?
I’ve been an athlete my entire life and training was a way for me to stay active while away from sports. Movement science is something that has interested me from a young age. I personally had a lack of good coaches and trainers early in life but aspired to be a key component to other people’s success stories. I dove into my studies and acquired the knowledge and skills necessary to help others, who like me, need a specific template to follow on how to reach their goals when it comes to fitness.
