He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Columbia University. He is a certified personal trainer from the American Council on Exercise; a certified nutrition and wellness coach from the American Fitness Professionals & Associates; and a resistance training specialist with 50+ classroom hours. Jarrett is CPR/AED certified through the American Heart Association.
To keep workouts effective and interesting, Jarrett often incorporates resistance training, exercise bands, and plyometrics. When appropriate, he will introduce high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Static or dynamic stretching is part of every session, depending on each individual’s needs.
