Corey proudly served in the United States Air Force. He worked in logistics and the aerospace medical field. He also was an airman leader who ran the physical training programs in his units. He began his personal training career over ten years ago. Within that time, Corey also held roles in myriad different health science, sports nutrition, and fitness capacities.
With meticulous attention to detail, Corey’s passion for fitness allows him to easily shift from bootcamp-style workouts to corrective programs. To keep his clients engaged and his programs effective, he teaches innovative exercises that help his clients excel.

I have always been active and considered myself to be in shape. Since working with Corey, I have gained a new perspective on what being in shape really means. Corey has challenged me to attempt exercises that I never thought I would be able to do. Although difficult at times, I am starting to see the difference in the way I look and feel. It is wonderful to have a personal trainer evaluate you before you hit the Exercise Floor. I never had this at any other fitness facility. I requested a trainer with a great personality, one with whom I could comfortably talk without intimidation. Corey is a perfect match for me. He has a military background, and I come from a military family. He is also outgoing with a positive attitude that reflects on those around him. My fitness evaluation with Corey was an eye-opener. I gained insight regarding my balance, posture, and more. The routine he showed me is exactly what I need to increase my upper body strength and core. He has confidence this routine will benefit me in the long-term. I am a former dancer.
There are not enough good things I can say about Personal Trainer Corey. He is impressively passionate about fitness and helping his clients. He continues to educate himself in the field, and shares that knowledge with others. I admire his passion, thirst for knowledge, and practical application of the two. Corey Springer is my hero! When I joined the Center, I weighed over 260 pounds. I kept to myself, and did my cardio workout on the treadmill tucked in the corner. For about two months, I watched other members training with a personal trainer who constantly smiled, was involved in the sessions, and helped clients reach goals. I watched them daily in contrast to my reflection in the mirror where I did not see results. I decided it was time to meet this trainer and ask for help. I was embarrassed, shy, morbidly obese, pre-diabetic, and suffering from Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). The moment Corey and I discussed my goals, he encouraged me. As our sessions started, I struggled. I pushed sleds, performed TRX workouts, lifted weights, and did cardio all in a fast-paced, high-intensity setting. At the start, I could hardly jog 40 yards. I could not do a single push up. Eight months later, and 110 pounds less, I can do over 25 push-ups in a minute and successfully run 5Ks. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Corey, the most amazing trainer and, most importantly, the most amazing person. Corey has been my hero for eight months now. He took time to sit and talk when my mindset wasn’t positive or when I didn’t give my best effort during the workout. Corey is extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and committed. I am no longer morbidly obese. I am not considered pre-diabetic. Most importantly, I no longer suffer from PCOS. Thanks to Corey I am not the overweight girl in the corner on the treadmill. My biggest fear was to get an injury when I returned to exercise after many years without it. After Corey’s assessment, I realized he knew exactly where I had imbalances and which muscles needed strengthening. If I begin to hurt, he stops and instructs me to do a stretch, which resolves the pain immediately. I am confident I can work out safely. I no longer have as much sciatica pain; my back is much better. I also do not have as many foot cramps. Thank you, Corey, for your expertise. I always recommend you to friends, knowing they will be in good hands.
