I am an avid runner and ran the New York City Half Marathon in 2016, as well as numerous other races and obstacle mud runs, such as Warrior Dash, Muck Fest and Mudderella in the tristate area. When not training I also enjoy, anything beach related, snowboarding, photography and going to concerts.
Why did you go into Personal Training?
I am passionate about helping others see their true potential for a happy and healthy life. I love being able to motivate people to be the best version of themselves. Nothing excites me more than seeing them progress, whether their goal is to take part in every day, functional movements or to run an Iron Man. I believe in making workouts fun and enjoyable by incorporating something new with each program. If you are looking for motivation and to be kept on your toes, then I’m the trainer for you.
