Cheryl’s Success Stories
Three years ago, I started training with Cheryl. I had three things against me: disc problems, being out of shape, and being 55 pounds overweight. Cheryl and I started with half-hour sessions and worked up to one-hour sessions. With Cheryl’s encouragement and training skills, she helped me do things I didn’t know I could. Now, we train two to three times a week. I’m in my best shape ever. I lost 55 pounds. At age 66, Cheryl has taught me not to be afraid to try!
