Why did you go into Personal Training?
I was very overweight as a child and understand how difficult that journey can be on your own, so now my passion is to guide other’s with successful consistent programming. If my clients have fears or obstacles to overcome, we start slow and make sure they are comfortable with their tailored program so they can feel confident and see results.
