Why did you go into Personal Training?
What has driven me to become a personal trainer is my passion to assist people in improving their quality of life through achieving their goals and becoming the best version of themselves. A quote I live by and embed in all my training sessions is, “you have one shot in this life, one body that’s your home, let’s enjoy life by making it happen.”
