Natalia motivates members by creating customized fitness programs to meet unique needs and preferences. She is a certified personal trainer through the National Personal Training Institute, with certification in basic nutrition from there as well. Natalia is also certified in CPR/AED from the American Heart Association, and TRX suspension training.
She works with her clients to develop and evolve their fitness programs throughout their journey. Natalia enjoys helping older adults increase their flexibility and strength. This improves balance and coordination to reduce the risk of falls and allow the freedom of independence. Natalia specializes in cardiovascular and strength training, helping to achieve everything from healthy weight management to increased athletic endurance.
