Jennifer is incredibly motivating and organized and focused on me as her client. She prepares sessions that maximize our time together and challenge me to my maximum capacity. I have worked with many trainers before and I have never had one as effective as Jennifer. She is knowledgeable about the exercises and challenges she gives me and also gives me great advice on eating properly. She has a bright and happy personality and she is always a pleasure to spend time with during my workouts. I have worked out with her for many months now and every month I add more sessions to each week because I am progressing in my strength and flexibility and balance and my body is gaining definition.
