Joe Duncan

Joe earned his Bachelor of Science degree in exercise physiology from William Paterson University, and his personal training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine. He is CPR/AED certified through the American Heart Association. Joe has experience working as a physical therapist aide in a variety of settings, including orthopedics, geriatrics, and sports rehabilitation.

He specializes in powerlifting; strength and condition training; and sport specific training to improve speed, agility, and endurance. His background includes training older adults at a retirement community, and teens in varsity football and wrestling. He is skilled at creating customized fitness programs to meet his clients’ needs at every stage.

Joe played football in high school and college, and was on the high school wrestling team. In his free time, he enjoys exercising, powerlifting, being with friends and family, traveling, listing to music, and watching movies.
