Jarrett Keys

Jarrett provides his clients with opportunities to succeed at every training session.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Columbia University. He is a certified personal trainer from the American Council on Exercise; a certified nutrition and wellness coach from the American Fitness Professionals & Associates; and a resistance training specialist with 50+ classroom hours. Jarrett is CPR/AED certified through the American Heart Association.

His extensive background combines with a variety of specialties to accommodate the Center’s diverse membership. Jarrett is especially skilled at performance training, healthy weight management (weight loss goals), bodybuilding, and flexibility training.

To keep workouts effective and interesting, Jarrett often incorporates resistance training, exercise bands, and plyometrics. When appropriate, he will introduce high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Static or dynamic stretching is part of every session, depending on each individual’s needs.
