Q. Will we receive a credit for the 2 weeks the Center was closed in March?
A. Yes, you will receive a credit to your fitness center account. In the event we are closed past March 31, all members that billed on the 15th of the month will receive an additional credit for the time the Center is not opened in April.
Q. Will my membership be billed while the Center is closed?
A. No, all accounts will not be billed while we are closed.
Q. Should I freeze my membership while the Center is closed?
A. There is no need to freeze your membership while the Center is closed because no billing will occur.
Q. I was billed for 3/15/2020 after I froze my account. Why?
A. Our billing takes a few days to process. If you sent your freeze request after the 3/15 billing cycle was already sent in to process, the billing could not be stopped. The dues for 3/15 will be applied to your first month back at the Center.
For example: froze account 3/14 for 3/15-4/15. Dues billing was “processed” on 3/12 so the dues went through on 3/15. The account will be considered frozen 3/15 – 4/15. The dues that were billed will be applied to the first month the Center is opened.
Q. Will the charges for maintenance fees be postponed since the Center is closed?
Q. Will members be contacted when the Center reopens before billing their accounts?
A. We will notify members as soon as we know we are opening and provide notice of billing through an eblast, on social media and on our movofit app. Please make sure we have your correct email address.

Q. Will clients with personal training sessions set to expire be provided an extension?

Q. What exercises can I be doing outside of the fitness center to keep up my fitness level?

In light of the March 21, 2020 mandate from the Governor to Shut Down all non-essential businesses, our operations are closed. Once we reopen for business, we will address all member inquiries. All billing has ceased until we reopen. Your patience is appreciated as we all work together to flatten the curve.
Please stay safe!
