Domingo Tavarez

Domingo is a certified personal trainer through the National Council on Strength & Fitness, and a senior fitness specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

He specializes in functional and balance training. Combined with his background in senior fitness, Domingo’s older clients can train to live more youthfully. He also enjoys working with athletes at sports conditioning. Through encouragement and customized workouts, he helps members achieve fitness goals beyond self-perceived limitations.
