Christina Burke

Christina is passionate about helping members reach their fitness goals. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science, with a concentration in pre-occupational therapy, and a Minor in psychology. She is a certified personal trainer through the American Aerobic Association International/International Sports Medicine Association, with certifications in lifeguarding, first aid, and CPR/AED through the American Red Cross.

She enjoys working with the Center’s diverse membership. Christina is experienced at training all fitness levels as well as special needs populations. She is passionate about helping those with special needs, including by training clients who are considered “on the spectrum.” She is skilled at functional training to help members use exercise to improve post-rehabilitation health. She loves boxing and kickboxing, and integrates these fitness methods into workouts when appropriate.

Christina wants her clients’ fitness sessions to be a lifelong benefit. She is excited to start this healthy endeavor with you!
