Cheryl Coutts

Cheryl shares an extensive fitness background with Center members. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Long Island University. She is certified by the National Association of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer, and Powerstrike as a Group Fitness instructor. She is a weight-management specialist through E3 Weight Management Systems, with CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

She is skilled at working with members recovering from cancer or bariatric bypass surgery. In addition to helping those with health considerations, Cheryl specializes in sports performance training, strength training, and functional fitness. She also enjoys helping her clients reach and maintain a healthy weight.
