When I joined Hackensack Meridian Fitness & Wellness, my main goals were to lose weight and tone muscle after taking a long break from regular exercise. Corey motivated me every step of the way to do the best I could. He encouraged me through my training sessions when I felt very challenged. I noticed an improvement in the way I look and feel each week. I slimmed down. My flexibility, strength, and endurance improved drastically. He also provided me with nutritional guidance, which has been helpful. Corey’s knowledge and skill continues to motivate me to further achieve my fitness goals. I highly recommend him as a trainer.
